What it does
Rent into your own account
Charges run against the operator's own connected Stripe account, so funds are theirs the moment they clear. Recurring rent uses real Stripe subscriptions with billing anchors and proration, so a mid-month move-in is charged for the days it used.
Leases signed inside the rental
The agreement is generated from the rental record, sent through DocuSign or Zoho Sign, and filed back against the rental. The provider is recorded per rental, so switching later does not orphan what is already executed.
Gate access that follows the rental
OpenTech codes are issued as part of move-in and stop working when the rental ends, without anyone remembering to go turn one off.
Move-in without the counter
A public rental page per unit with checkout, and a tenant portal for payment history, card updates and lease downloads.
An audit trail under every number
Role checks are enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface, every meaningful action writes an event, and the dashboards read live data instead of last month's export.
